THE SQUIB exclusively reports that the Nigerian Labour Congress has commenced protest in KADUNA, making it the third day running of strike and protests against mass sacking of workers in KADUNA State.
It will be recalled that the protests by the NLC yesterday was disrupted by thugs, which the NLC claimed were sponsored by Governor El-Rufai. It will also be recalled that the President of the Nigerian Labour Congress was declared wanted by the Kaduna State Governor, Mallam El-Rufai.
Several trade unions have issued statements threatening nationwide strike action in condemnation of the attack.
